Now that the Air has been out since December 2021 and we’re about to see the Gravity, it made me wonder about threats of lawsuits and class actions suits against Lucid mentioned on here I recall from the past. Has anything come of those? I’m really happy with my car after 20,500 miles, no complaints about service in spite of a handful of visits, and still think it’s the best car I’ve ever owned and intend to keep it until it’s either definitely dead or too expensive to repair. Lucid is getting NACS, software has dramatically improved and still adding more improvements, and I just don’t see much cause for negativity, even over their sales, given Taycan US sales are barely much higher than little new kid on the block Lucid, and the golden god PORSCHE is their direct competitor for Luxury EV performance sedan. But hey, negativity is what forums and YouTube and EV websites feed off of, so I’m just curious if anything noteworthy has materialized?
