I guess. However, there have been a number of wrapped cars in your lots 1 and 2 at different times. After studying the photos in each drone fly over, you can see that each lot has had wrapped car in them and some have even been used for storage. I am not yet convinced that there are dedicated uses for each, just general or preferred uses. It's all just a WAG.

On the right side of the red area, that building on the right is where they do the water seal testing. So it makes senses for cars to be parking near that in order to get the test and then moved elsewhere.

For what it's worth, Oak Brook says they anticipate at least 8 test drive cars by end of year. 28 studios * 8 test drive cars = 224 test cars. Not including potentially new studios coming soon, or media/demo cars. I would also anticipate locations like Beverly Hills or Millbrae to need more than eight.
