AGT WiFi Network Access

Anyone know why my AGT would be accessing the following regions while on WiFi?

OK fine you nerdsniped me so I did some reverse DNS lookups for you.

202.112.31.197 is time.neu.edu.cn; an NTP (Network Time Protocol) server used to sync the time with.
212.138.170.134 is sa.pool.ntp.org; another ntp address to sync time with.

Not sure about the 1.117.63.60 address.
