I have a friend with a similar issue. For him it's the regen breaking. When he tested the audi etron he got really sick. With a porche tycan he felt queasy but not sick. Once he turned off regen braking he was fine.

Except the OP states that he gets sick just sitting in the car.

That's why motion sickness is low on my list.
Can't have motion sickness when there's no motion.
Same deal with inner ear issues, too., I would guess but I'm no ENT.
Once, and if, the diagnosis is established, I hope the OP will come back and share with us.

Found this googling around for my experience. I created an account as I have been experiencing VERY SIMILAR symptoms on a 2026 Tesla Model Y. I'm actually going to sell it at a loss after only two months. Inner ear pain in both ears, congestion and sometimes throat discomfort. NEVER had this issue in any other car or in my other gas car. 100% happens inside the car and the symptoms linger.
