Except the OP states that he gets sick just sitting in the car.
That's why motion sickness is low on my list.
Can't have motion sickness when there's no motion.
Same deal with inner ear issues, too., I would guess but I'm no ENT.
Once, and if, the diagnosis is established, I hope the OP will come back and share with us.

Found this googling around for my experience. I created an account as I have been experiencing VERY SIMILAR symptoms on a 2026 Tesla Model Y. I'm actually going to sell it at a loss after only two months. Inner ear pain in both ears, congestion and sometimes throat discomfort. NEVER had this issue in any other car or in my other gas car. 100% happens inside the car and the symptoms linger.

One possibility is high frequency sound from the display, etc. When I was young, I remember my parents taking the family to a local clothing store where the florescent lights made a high pitched sound only I could hear. After enduring it for ten minutes, I had to go wait in the car so I didn't feel ill. Only in this one store did this affect me.
OP I just want you to know I read this thread and bought one anyways.
