Tidal problem last few days

The last 3-4 days, the system Tidal app will no longer show album artwork for me. I’ve done multiple walkaway, logo, and X resets. Sometimes during a reset, the artwork shows up as a song begins, stops, and begins again while the reset completes; but when it’s done, the artwork is missing again. Does NOT happen with the system Sirius, system Spotify, or any CarPlay music apps.

Wondering if it’s Tidal server side - anyone else experiencing this recently and ongoing?
 
Try logging out and back in.
This has solved any strange behavior for me in the past.
 
Seems like every Tidal problem I’ve read about gets the same answer from CS which is that the app is entirely controlled by Tidal. Call them. Which makes sense, unfortunately Tidal doesn’t concern itself much with the lucid app. There hasn’t been a single update or improvement in functionality of this rudimentary app since I bought the car. Bummer because it gives the best audio you can experience in the car.
 
Had the same thing happen to me yesterday. Did two hard resets, logged in and put of Tidal and stil the problem persists. The artwork still shows on the Tidal app on my iphone.
 
Does this happen with Apple Carplay - not using the built-in app? Carplay cannot come any quicker to Gravity!

I believe the playback issue I’m currently experiencing has to do with Lucid’s software implementation and not Tidal. The in car Tidal app worked fine before. I originally thought it could have been a memory or buffering problem but it still acts the same even after CCCv2 upgrade.

As for missing album artwork, I’ve seen it happen using Tidal before, but a reset seemed to fix it. I’ve never had missing album art when playing back from CarPlay.
 
Lately, the Lucid native Tidal app tells me that I need a Tidal Plus subscription to play Dolby ATMOS files even though I clearly have that already. Curiously, some ATMOS songs play fine while others pop up this message. This app needs a refresh so badly. The UI has always been pretty jacked up honestly.

Same situation here. Hi moderators & influencers;
can we organize forum users of Tidal with a united voice to get a resolution?
I've run the maze of Tidal customer service, ugh. Has the forum contacted any vendor on behalf of users in the past? That is the type of support that would get me to the supporting member level.
