The Naming of Cars is a difficult matter,

It isn’t just one of your holiday games;
I don't mean to rend the site threads all a-tatter,
But time for a fun topic; I hope it doesn't fan flames.

The app wants us to name our Gravity -- what have you named yours?

Ours is (at least for now) "Blixtbjörn", which is roughly "lightning bear" in Swedish.

It took a long time, but my X became Elextra. My wife's Mustang Mach-E GT Performance in Carbonized Grey is named Stormy.

Elextra would be perfect for the Lotus Eletre.

We called ours Newton.

My kids used to named my cars.

We went through a artist period, then a Transformers period, and one Percy Jackson.

1st X - Pablo
1st 3 - Claude
2nd X - Monet
1st RRS - Picasso
2nd RRS - P2 (Picasso #2), we lost some creativity here.
3rd X - Optimus
2nd 3 - Megatron
Taycan - Percy (cuz it's blue)
1st Lucid (there'll be more Lucid I'm sure) - Newton

Apple Newton?

Our family has always had strict rules for naming cars - it has to alliterate with the car's make or name, and it has to reflect the cars nationality. Bonus points are awarded if there's a good gag involved, and sometimes the good gag overtakes the rules, because, when in doubt, go with the gag.

So, for example, a Ford could be Fred, but a Fiat would have to be Fiorello. A Honda Civic could have a C or S name, because of the sound, but the name would have to be Japanese, so Sumiko, or Sodaiko.

Lately, we've had PHEVs, so we had a Ford C-max, named Carmen (Carmen Electra, specifically), and we threw the rules out for the Kia Niro, and just called it Robert (the Niro).

Our recently delivered Gravity DE (#120) has been christened Gram. Admittedly, that's a six million fold understatement, but we had to go with a name that had some weight.

Someimes names come from your little kids. I used to have a Toyota Yaris. My son was two and still learning to talk. His word for car was DO, like a female deer, and the best he could do with Yaris was Yari. So the car ended up being named Yari-do.

That’s cute! In Japanese 道, pronounced “do” is path or way - appropriate for a car.

When all works = Lucy

When door locks or other things fail = Lucifer

I can't make a short name of it, but the only moniker that seems appropriate after driving and riding in our Gravity Dream is "Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove".
