Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Lucid Air Pure. After washing it yesterday, I started receiving multiple warnings, including:

• Trunk Failure
• Headlight Control Fault
• Headlights On Warning
• Passenger Airbag Status Indicator Fault
• Drive System Warning

I’ve already tried both the soft reset and hard reset, but neither resolved the issue.

Is there an easy fix for this, or should I schedule a service appointment?

Thanks in advance!

That's not great. I'd bet that's water intrusion. It may be fine after drying out, but I'd still schedule service so they can fix some seals for you.

One of two things happened, I bet: either you had water intrusion (which is a problem Lucid will have to fix regardless), or it's possible your front fuse box is failing somehow. https://lucidowners.com/attachments/lucid-fuse-information-optimized-pdf.11519/

Or it could be a blown rear lvjb MidiFuse. It’s part of the midi fuse box which is not an lvjb. Please don't try and fix this one on your own at all, it's very high voltage and you should not go anywhere near it.

Anyway, service needs to take a look regardless.

Had very similar issue last week with my Air GT. Had car towed to get Lucid to service. Below are the service notes from my invoice:

- During inspection, found evidence of water atop the RREGW (Right Rear Ethernet Gateway).
- Removed all trunk interior trim, upon inspection of passenger side Decklid Harness, found evidence of water ingress and corrosion in connector C60. Performed water test with water flowing at the passenger side C-Flag area and found water ingress from the passenger side Decklid harness at connector C60.
- Escalated to FTS, replaced connector C60, installed new RH Decklid Harness, performed water test at the passenger rear C-Flag are,
confirmed water ingress is no longer present, replaced RREGW and performed necessary Service Routines as per Service Manual Guide

Unfortunately, Lucid had my car for 2 long weeks but footed the bill for a luxury rent a car for the entire time. In addition, no cost to me for repairs.

So by my standards, lucid has treated you extremely well. Feces happens but how the company responds to it is a key measure for me.

as long as you did not actually clean your car from inside using too much cleaning liquid, you will be good. if the leakage from outside the car and liquid went inside the car, it will be covered.

if they find that there is an evidence of cleaning liquid inside the car and it leaked to the instruments, it will be on you.

speaking from experience.
