I texted yesterday morning just to get clarification on if the update is still being rolled out and I was also ignored.
Not the best feeling. I financed/bought like you so I’m in it for the long haul, just would like clear communication. They should not set our expectations for the Thursday two weeks ago, and then ignore us when we reach out wondering what is going on. Clear communication would help Lucid a lot with these issues I think.
“I know it’s taking a while, but we are just confirming nothing is wrong with your car and it is in line to receive the update, it may take 7-14 more days, but if it goes longer than that please reach out again.”
Instead a lot of us are just getting the run around it seems. First world problems I guess.
