Haven’t heard from my DA since May 17 when she sent me my VIN. Radio silence except two bulk emails from their VP.

I talk with my DA all the time. I set up an appointment on his calendar via his Calendly link whenever I want.

I suggest you reach out to him/her or set up an appointment on their calendar.
 
Quick update on my car...Just was contacted and good news the car is in service being reworked we will see what that means but they seem to agree that the car doors should all be even and gaps be uniform... we will see I am sure they will try to work it out ... I am in no rush as we all have waited so long a little longer to get it right is worth it......

UPDATE - Finally got a callback from LUCID. And the news is "There is an 80% chance my car will be delivered prior to Labor Day". Vague, but better than nothing!
I got an update as well, there is a 100% chance that my QG/M color combo will be delivered AFTER Labor Day. Now the big question is will it be after Labor Day 2022 or 2023?!?!?!

She has not given me a link to her calendar. Frankly, I don’t even know if she works there
Anymore. I have contacted someone else that is very responsive who is going to try to help me.
 
I received an email yesterday out of the clear blue sky saying my car is in "pre-production" and that "they do not know how many cars they will be able to produce in a given period so they cannot tell me where I am in the production que". At the point I'm just gonna drive my Taycan Turbo and when the Air comes, it comes. My Lucid rep Felipe is very nice in a pre-recorded message kinda way.

Hm…the wording of that message really doesn’t inspire confidence. Surely they know, or can estimate, ‘how many cars they can produce in a given period’ 🤔
 
Reading between the lines, "we have vendors that can't give us specific timelines on delivery of parts"
 
I'm suppose to receive my Air GT, Grey, 19", Mojave next week on the 9th. Ordered Dec 1st, Vin May 10th.

I set up a Calendly appointment. Made time in my day for the appointment. When that time came….Cricket’s. No appointment. I called and left a voice mail. Was surprised that it was a antiquated voice greeting on her end. Then I e-mailed her. Days later I received an e-mail stating that she was not available until August 10th. Here we are on the 12th and those same cricket’s returned. I have heard nothing. Really does not instill confidence in this DA or Lucid.

That’s surprising. I setup an appt with my rep this past Tues at 10am. He called me at the exact time. Sorry you’re having issues. It seems some reps are more responsive than others.

This seems like a one off type thing. I would request a new DA. My DA was proactive in keeping me updated.

My experience is crickets too. No return emails or calls
 
Thank you. I will contact the associates that I have dealt with prior to the one assigned to my order. They were very responsive. My assigned contact definitely is not or at the very least has not been responsive to date.
 
Got delivery on 10/21/22. Some minor issues but overall a wonderful experience. Customer care could care a little more. Anybody know where to get fitting after market floor mats or interior car cover? Trunk mat?
