2.8.17 update

My AT has been losing 8% charge every night...and always is connected to my phone.
.tried disconnecting Bluetooth by turning it off on phone...but still same behavior... frustrating to wake up to lower range and more frequent charging...

That’s definitely not normal. 8% is a massive decrease. I lose less than 0.33% on a typical day.

The phone keeping the car awake could be the culprit. Is your garage within 30 feet of where your phone stays overnight?

I wonder if a reboot of the car might help?

Yes the car stays within 30' of where I am usually in the house with my phone..so I tried turning off Bluetooth..still same behavior...tried rebooting and resetting the car over 6 times now ..both Air logo reset and X and Mic reset...I agree that is a lot of drain...This used to be an issue several months ago and it has now returned.... frustrating

Have you registered your car with any third-party apps like Lucid Tracker, Lucid Logger, or Home Assistant? Another thing you can try is completely removing the Lucid app from your phone and seeing if that would help.

Sounds like mobile key is messing everything up. I have other issues with mobile key at home. The app refuses to wake up the car anymore, so I never get to preheat it when I’m going somewhere

My mobile key sleeps about ten feet above my car at night. I don't have any problems with it keeping the car awake, though it's possible the phone's OS shuts down Bluetooth when it is on the charging stand and in sleep mode.

And just like that ..my car is now holding charge overnight...didn't change anything...other than maybe a random Air Logo reset a day ago or so..which is been doing all along....this car software is random...

Unfortunately, true.

The way I like to think of it is that a single boot up of the car involves the precise timing of more than 70 computers that all have to be ready in precisely the correct order. Any one of those takes an extra few milliseconds, and you get gremlins. Sometimes those gremlins show their face right away. Sometimes a few weeks later. But until then, the car has “woken up on the wrong side of the bed” and nothing will fix that except another reboot, which may or may not result in some other computer not waking up at precisely the correct time, and on and on.

For some cars, like mine, the boot up happens flawlessly most of the time. For others, not so lucky.

Like I’ve said many times, I do not envy this software team.

This unfortunately has been my experience as well...Random bugs...no explanations...But such is ownership experience of a new brand..

2025 Air Touring, have not really had any issues in a long, long time. Today, coming back from Napa to San Carlos, navigating via Carplay and Waze and listening to Sirius XM via the Car's app. When approaching the Bay Bridge toll plaza, Waze put up alert that we were approaching a toll plaza (had many other alerts on the drive before this - e.g. "car on shoulder ahead"), the audio started to slow down. Stayed slow, and changing sources, pause/start, etc had no effect. Was not listenable so just muted for the rest of the 30 min drive.

This happened a couple of times many updates ago, but not since. Fine after getting home and sleeping. Minor irritation, just reporting that I thought this (for me at least) had been resolved, but apparently can still crop up.

I received the download fairly soon after it was released. I was in Thailand and downloaded it remotely from Chiang Mai. Last week was my first extensive trip since receiving it. I was delighted to see how well hands free now works. It no longer attempts to veer toward an interstate exit when the exit lane opens up and the left hand exit lane marker does not appear for several hundred feet. It handles curves much better and even the automated passing feature no longer maintains the original lane speed for several agonizing seconds as faster vehicles run up behind you when moving into the fast lane from behind a slow moving car.

Even door opening is more robust, though not yet perfectly consistent.

has anyone received this updated recently?
