Sure, but it changes nothing for the consumer. The price to us is exactly the same. When you allow your customers to use credit cards, you need to negotiate with the credit card company or merchant account the fees charged. The more you bill out in credit cards the lower the fee. So a company can technically, "benefit" if it has enough volume.
I also got charged the 2750 points. Pretty sure that was the going rate. Not sure when it dropped to 1800 but also it is now on backorder (see attached screenshot).I ordered mine with points but they charged me 2750 points instead of the 1800 points now in the Rewards Store. I contacted them and requested they issue me a points refund for the difference (plus tax) but they haven't responded thus far.
For Air maybe but the integration definitely works in the Lucid App with Gravity. These were all done on Tesla via Plug and Charge (which Air doesn’t support yet)I haven't read any one successfully using Lucid app to use with a Supercharger but there have been reports to bypass Lucid app, go straight to Tesla app and it works.
Sounds like the integration into Lucid app still needs some finishing touch.
I was charged the 2750 points but have not received it. Order shows an August 29th ship date. So I don’t think getting charged more means you get it faster. I have asked for my points back.I also got charged the 2750 points. Pretty sure that was the going rate. Not sure when it dropped to 1800 but also it is now on backorder (see attached screenshot).
Is it possible that if you wanted to be an 'early-bird' you got charged more but if you could wait you'd get charged less? Let me know if you get your point-differential credited back? Then I'll ask for the points but also for the $50K back for buying the early-bird car at a more expensive rate

Are they? Would would be a good rate for DCFC?Oof - those are expensive rates
Wait a few minutes after disconnecting for the station's "in use" status to update. Then use the Tesla app.Has anyone successfully used the A2Z Typhoon Pro adapter with a Tesla Supercharger? I tried last week and again today and both times got an error message stating, “There was an error authenticating your charging session. Unplug and plug in again.” I tried that and got the same error message. I also tried using the Tesla app, but as soon as I connected to my Air Touring, the Tesla app told me that charging station was in use and select a different one.
I did that. But as soon as I plugged the adapter/charger cable back into the Air’s charge port, the error message appeared.Wait a few minutes after disconnecting for the station's "in use" status to update. Then use the Tesla app.
Received mine July 31. Much surprised and already put in action on trip to Dallas. 8 stall SC, Hamilton, Tx., small rural town. Tesla cables very short. I improvised. Perfect!Of those who thus far gotten the Lucid CCS to NACS adapter, anyone who paid with their via referral points or everyone thus far purchased with credit card? Wondering if there is any prioritization.
Same issue here. I went to the Tesla app where I have an account and after a few attempts of plug unplug glitches. Presto! So my first charge at a Tesla charger was a failure. It's a nice new v4, plenty of space, easy to plug the Nacs into the Lucid adapter. When plugged I got the message asking for additional steps on the dash. I open up the iOS app, select the correct charger number, and then charge stays in initializing mode for a minute of so, until I get a failure notice, asking me to unplug and plug again.
I do so, and I immediately get kicked out of the Lucid Payment plan. I get additional error message on the pilot panel and the phone telling me I need to have a valid Lucid plan to charge, and that I need to reach to customer service to get the plan reinstated.
When I checked on both the website and the app, my wallet was still there with my authorized cards and no errors from any of the card ompanies (like a failed payment).
Hopefully that was just a test charge just fo see how it worked, but not great. Changing mydefault payment card seems to have reactivted my Lucid plan so I'll go check back tomorrow.
Anyone had this issue? @marqie do you know if we have to reconfirm our Lucid plan to enable Tesla charging?
Yes, but I'm a career electrical engineer and used an appropriate high quality adapter supplied by a major auto manufacturer.I did that. But as soon as I plugged the adapter/charger cable back into the Air’s charge port, the error message appeared.
Have you used a non-Lucid adapter to change at a Tesla supercharger?
Improvised? Do tellTesla cables very short. I improvised. Perfect!

Here are my charges at Tesla superchargers for roughly the same amount of energy delivered as HC_79: (the last one is super low because of the time I charged, but generally I am paying 32-35 cents per kw). Not sure if you also have to pay some kind of monthly membership fee on top of the kw cost as a non-Tesla owner. Are they? Would would be a good rate for DCFC?
I was willing to pay the extra for the Dream Edition because I really wanted that car. I did not need/want the NACS adapter and I'm not sure I will ever use it but when they offered it for points I figured what the heck. Then right after I ordered it they changed the points. I have it and it is sitting in my trunk but until Tesla gets competitive with the EA and other charging companies for kW provided, I don't see why I would use it.I also got charged the 2750 points. Pretty sure that was the going rate. Not sure when it dropped to 1800 but also it is now on backorder (see attached screenshot).
