OTA constipation

OTA constipation
Not quite sure what you’re asking. When you install an update, parts of the car reboot, yes.> upon installation of an OTA from Lucid, does it AUTOMATICALLY RESET and REBOOT?
Here is my problem....Not quite sure what you’re asking. When you install an update, parts of the car reboot, yes.
These sound like similar bugs to what some others have experienced....Have other owners seen the kind of problems I am encountering?!
Delete and re-setup your Mobile key.> my Mobile key doesn't work any more.
Because your mobile key doesn’t work. The car won't present its door handles when I approach.
This is because your mobile key doesn’t work. All of your issues boil down to: re-setup your mobile key.It now asks for my PIN. My driver seat memory seems to come and go for no apparent reason.
It didn’t change at the stop light. It changed at the beginning of the drive, after an update. This is a setting I’ve learned to check, but it hasn’t changed after an update in many moons. Just seems it’s been a while since you’ve checked.Last couple of days, all of a sudden, the Lucid suddenly changed itself from "STOP" to "CREEP" when I was at a stop light, which surprised me.
I deleted and reinstall my Mobile Key twice already. I am still seeing problems.Delete and re-setup your Mobile key.

I think the problems I am seeing have all been reported by other owners. I am just frustrated they keep reappearing. These sound like similar bugs to what some others have experienced.
No, I have not changed the setting. It didn’t change at the stop light. It changed at the beginning of the drive, after an update. This is a setting I’ve learned to check, but it hasn’t changed after an update in many moons. Just seems it’s been a while since you’ve checked.
Yes, I agree an update shouldn’t change this setting.
If your mobile key isn’t working after a reset, there is something wrong with your car. Other owners have reported intermittent issues; if yours isn’t working at all, that is a different issue and one you need service to check out.I think the problems I am seeing have all been reported by other owners. I am just frustrated they keep reappearing.
Like I said, happened to me once many updates ago, and was reported here in the past a long time ago. Hasn’t happened in a long time. The thing about the car changing from HOLD to CREEP was a surprise to me. I stopped at a red light and assumed the car would stay put as I had set it. Then I feel the car rolling forward into the intersection!
Didn’t say you’d changed it. You said you hadn’t driven the car in 6 months, so I was suggesting an update sometime in that time may have changed it out from under you.No, I have not changed the setting.
And it was working fine (i.e., HOLDING) until a couple of days ago. Simultaneously, it started asking me for PIN. Something was corrupted.
Perhaps. But, that's a dangerous setting to change as a default with any OTA updates! The default should be HOLD, not CREEP!Didn’t say you’d changed it. You said you hadn’t driven the car in 6 months, so I was suggesting an update sometime in that time may have changed it out from under you.
See above, where:Perhaps. But, that's a dangerous setting to change as a default with any OTA updates! The default should be HOLD, not CREEP!
Yes, I agree an update shouldn’t change this setting.
Yes, from time-to-time, we DO agree on thingsSee above, where:
That's not even an option because you wont get it anytime soon, because I sooo would do that right now! lolIf you're impatient and anxious for UX3, place an order for the GDE or GGT. Problem solved![]()
