I totally get that but both Houston service center and the remote techs can’t seem to figure it out. After all the work that was done in attempt to fix it, their conclusion was “with the songs you sent, the very low bass still seems to struggle and there’s not much we can do at this point”. I informed the remote tech that the conclusion was unacceptable - and have been waiting for some sort of response from management since March 3rd. We've been going back and forth over this for months prior to that so I feel like I have no other option than to just let it be and hope some software update magically fixes it.

The song I sent was "uptome by clear eyes". If anyone happens to have time to see if this song also causes the same buzzing as shown in my video below - that would be greatly appreciated!
