Good news for Colorado EV (and soon to EV) drivers

It's good news for those driving ICE cars in Colorado that qualify for the trade-in rebate...
It's good news for the environment to remove cars failing emissions tests...
And finally good news for all EV drivers in Colorado as an increase in EVs likely means more charging infrastructure will be built.

Colorado is also doing very well with EVS despite being closer to the middle of the US(where ev sales are typically low). This is very good news, therefore. All we need are cheap EVS to ramp up, more charging stations, and the takeover should start.

Yeah, the charging structure is the key to EV growth and retention. Fossil fuel companies and their sympathizers understand that sales will grow exponentially once the charging infrastructure is established. That's why there's so much propaganda being lobbied about in the media right now - BS about EV fires, rare earth mining, EVs bringing the electrical grid down, etc. The most hypocritical argument is regarding EV subsidies when oil has and continued to enjoy these for over a hundred years!

Unfortunately, not much good news here for prospective Lucid owners... most Lucid buyers earn more than the pretty low income threshold the government sets a year. Also, Lucid's cost more than their low threshold of the new EV purchase. The Boulder example given is an outlier... typical income limits in most Colorado counties is around $55,000, high $70s for Metro Denver. Most Lucid buyers are not in those levels (except perhaps retirees). Also, the vehicle purchase price has to be under $50k. NO Lucid in that price range.
