Is it true that Luicd is pausing pushing out the updates for those who haven't gotten it yet to fix some of these bugs. If yes, any timetable for the revised update?

I've enjoyed reading your posts. They've been helpful to me in making the decision to order an Air Pure last week. It was supposed to be delivered in mid to late April, but I was told today that it should be finished in a week and delivered by the end of February. So, my timeline suddenly speeded up.

I wondered if it would be alright to use your referral code to drop the cost a bit. John Hastings, the sales associate I'm dealing with, said that I need to "confirm that the code still has uses remaining. If we enter a code that has been overused, it will lock the box and we won't be able to add another." I hope you know what that means better than I do.

I'm attributing these HV battery failures to the difficultly of engineering them. I had to have a battery pack and a rear drive unit replaced on our 2015 Tesla, and there have been widespread issues with Chevy Bolt, Porsche, and Hyundai/Kia battery packs.

You'll get an 8 year / 100K warranty on the battery, and the Dream Edition is such a phenomenal car to drive and passengers find it so comfortable that I'm willing to live with the risks of so much new technology. But I do approach the purchase based on whether I think I'll get enough value for what I paid on the assumption that at the end of the warranty period it might have nothing but salvage value remaining.

If you're comfortable with that kind of calculation, I'd say go for it.

Hi Joe. I was just trying to change the car listed on my Profile; I'm now getting a Touring rather than Pure. That field doesn't seem to want to be re-typed into, and I don't see an "edit" button.... Clues? (car not here yet; perhaps once it arrives, when I click "Verify" the system will automatically change it? if so, I can wait!)

Ha! (ergh) I found the back door into the full editable profile when I went to take the shot. Previously, I had just clicked on my name in the header, then on About....I guess that's the public profile, makes sense... This time when I went to my name I right-clicked (not even sure why!), and da-dah, there we go. Sorry to bug ya!

Thank you for responding so quickly to my post. Can you confirm that you still have a referral left on your account? I believe the maximum you can use is eight and you can see how many are left on your Lucid dashboard.
