Do you go through the remaining process of payment, delivery etc. with the same representative?

I had 3 different people assist me in getting my car.

1) Sales Associate (SA) - maintained communication up until delivery of car, however after confirmation of order, was introduced to a Delivery Advisor
2) Delivery Advisor (DA) - coordinated payments and paperwork, setup delivery and introduction to Delivery Day Concierge (there is a new term for them now)
3) Delivery Day Concierge - setup exact date/time to pickup car and also did the walkthrough of the car with me
