We've had an interesting experience with Gravity Dream Edition colors, having all three: Aurora Green, Abyss Black, and Stellar White.
Our first Gravity delivered in late June is Aurora Green. Our second one delivered in late September was Abyss Black. When that one got wrecked we replaced it with a Stellar White delivered in mid-December.
The green is absolutely beautiful in any light conditions. We occasionally get compliments on it from friends and passersby. It also stays clean looking even with a bit of road dust and soot on it.
The black was stunning in bright light right after a wash and shine. But the contours of the car were quickly lost as light faded, and it ended up looking sort of like a hulking mass with little detail. And it was an endless task to keep every fingerprint around the door handles from sticking out like a sore thumb. It masked road soot well, but any splatter from light rain if the car already had a bit of dust on it really stood out. None of our friends ever said a word about the color, nor did it draw any compliments or remarks from others.
One evening we parked it with a valet who left it at the curb while we ate on a nearby restaurant patio. I wanted to gauge reaction to it by passersby to see if there seemed to be much brand recognition, as this large entertainment venue is very popular, and this valet stand is a veritable showcase for interesting cars. (We even saw a Rolls Spectre EV parked there recently.) The Gravity didn't catch a second glance from anyone. This was in contrast to the time we did the same thing right after our early Air Dream Edition was introduced. People gathered around the Air, they were photographed standing by it, and it even got poked and prodded by a few folks.
Our experience with the white color has been the opposite. The car is beautiful in the flesh, with its contours standing out particularly well at night. Friends have gushed over it. The PPF installers said they liked it better than the black or the green they had wrapped a few months earlier, and they said other customers asked them about it. When we drove into the parking lot to pick it up, the receptionist came out as we were looking the car over to tell us how much better she liked it than the black one. Last night as we were getting out of it at a restaurant a guy in a Ferrari called out from across the lot to ask if that was the new Lucid. When we said yes he shouted back, "beautiful!".
The white is remarkably easy to keep clean. We had out-of-town friends arriving earlier this week, and I was pondering whether to wash it before they got here. As far as I and my partner could tell it looked perfectly clean. I finally decided to hit it with an Optimum Opti-Clean wipe down. The cloths ended up black with road soot that had been absolutely undetectable on the car. And it never shows a fingerprint. We picked our friends up at the airport in the green Gravity. When they saw the white one in our garage, they both said, "wow!". Then, almost as an afterthought, one of them added, "the green one looks nice, too."
