Ok just got my GT back from the body shop (long story) and while it was away it did a few updates but I still don’t have access to highway assist or the auto high beams. I’ve noticed several post of people using the highway assist so I’m asking has it been a limited release and not fully deployed yet?

That’s correct. Those are available as part of 2.0 release and is currently in beta. Link to the thread.
