Yes, but progress on that project is suffering from arrested development.Have you considered starting a law blog
It is going to focus on maritime law, right? Yoooooooo're a crook, Captain Hook.....Yes, but progress on that project is suffering from arrested development.

It's a normal thing in early production. I view it as a positive, proactive step toward improving initial quality, and reducing the potential burden on service centers.uh oh.
Agreed. The more they can squash at the factory, the better. It does beg the question as to what the issue is.It's a normal thing in early production. I view it as a positive, proactive step toward improving initial quality, and reducing the potential burden on service centers.
If they aren’t even taking orders though… that means it must be something complicated or even a tooling issue right? It's a normal thing in early production. I view it as a positive, proactive step toward improving initial quality, and reducing the potential burden on service centers.
Could be just waiting for a redesigned part to arrive. Who knows. If they aren’t even taking orders though… that means it must be something complicated or even a tooling issue right?
AMP-1 isn't making the mid-sizePure speculation but they could be beginning early re-tooling in preparation for the mid-size. I heard they recently built production prototypes that will likely be shown at the March 12th Investor day.
Isn't making it first. KSA will be first but AMP-1 will produce the midsize after initial production in KSA.AMP-1 isn't making the mid-size
Considering they just hired a new Executive for Supply chain, this could be a top down approach to help solve underlying problems (2nd row squeaks and motor, cheap panel fitment, etc) They have also mentioned in interviews they are replacing the cup holders. Perhaps better icons on the touch pads to make it more intuitive. Also, my SA did hint a couple months ago that waiting for the Lunar Titanium would most likely allow time for improvements not just software but for hardware.Could be just waiting for a redesigned part to arrive. Who knows.
When the Lucid Service Van was here last week, I mentioned the seat motor noise to him. He took a tool and adjusted the seat motor speed. When he was done the seat moved faster and it made less of the "labored motor" noise. It's not perfect, but much better. He adjusted and tested a few times to get it just right. He said if you crank it up too fast you get other problems. FYII hope they can address the rear seat motor that everyone keeps complaining about. Just seems like something that would break long term with how strained it sounds.
NotchEV posted that it was for a new parts inventory for 2nd row seat motor redesign.AMP-1 isn't making the mid-size
Notch has no more info than what we have so he's just posting based on the same rumors and the little info Lucid has shared thus far. I don't think this has anything at all to do with a motor redesign but just a fix for the squeak because what Nick Twork posted was:NotchEV posted that it was for a new parts inventory for 2nd row seat motor redesign.
Might give some light. The title of the post is "Picked up new Gravity today"
Later he also said:
"Rep told me this was the first they delivered this month. 2nd row issue was addressed in factory. Others built prior to mine are still awaiting parts for fix, allegedly."
