Hi to all Wonderful Lucid owners and Owners to be.

I will be traveling from Tampa to Minneapolis. Need some inputs or guidance.
Distance: 1500+ miles
Time: 27hrs with charging

I am using ABRP for plan but i am not sure how accurate that it. I don't have option to choose only EA. I am planning a one stop to freshup. How do i find places for rest areas/ Showers along the route.

Thanks in advance 😃

Keep track of your mileage efficiency, charging stops, charging experience (from XX SoC to YY SoC) and how long the charging stops take you. As you transition from Tampa to Mrineapolis, keep track of the temperature changes and the impact on efficiency (miles/kWh).

Drive safely! Enjoy!

Will try to collect the data 🙂

I'd need two nights in a hotel along the way. If you can find hotels with destination charging, you can start each morning at 100% charge. It's very helpful.

Drive Safe and enjoy the ride

Drive safe. Say hello to my family in Minneapolis would you? Cheers and happy holidays

The temp will drop as you drive North.
I would bring a reliable tire gauge and tire inflator, checking the pressure when you start the day.
Having a spare tire and/or the Lucid tire kit would be a safety thing. (The inflator in the Lucid kit of course can also be used to inflate the tires, but I use the Milwaukee compact inflator)
For long trip like this, I'd bring along an electronic hazard light, which I've bought but almost always forgotten to bring it along.

I would map the trip before you leave and already select some reliable chargers. Also load up these apps….

- lucid in car navigation with native route. Use this while in the trip.
- map trip with abrp. select a conservative efficiency and map trip first here.
- plug share app. Use this app to check the reliability of the chargers that the route planning picked
- EA app - to check if EA charger is working
- chargepoint app for using other chargers
- fplnet app to use and charge in florida rest stops
- i would use EA chargers only if possible
- also pick hotels with level 2 chargers

Good luck!

First leg seems disappointed ☹️, haven't seen this bad numbers before.
Miles driven : 304
Speed: 60 - 70
Temp: 55 - 45
SOC start 100%
SOC at first stop: 5%

Hi Sri, please note down what's the interior temp you set in the car, that'll be useful too.

Info on wind condition, elevation change, and tire pressure would be helpful, too.
But it is what it is and the GT currently has one of the best ranges anyway.
