touch screen issue

I am new to use Lucid, there are some problems: please see the attached video, the screen have four menus, but only the menu "openings" can be touched,and all others(Seats, themes, charging) are not responsed.
is it a function problem or there is somewhere need to be set?

All the buttons on the top should open up their own menus. This is not normal. Try doing a LOGO reset. go to the settings menu and select the topmost option, then hold down the Air logo for about 10 seconds. This should reboot the screens and hopefully all 4 of those buttons start showing their menus. IF not, I'd call customer care.

Actually, none of them are working. Openings has a different menu screen. I echo @lucidtouringman - try a logo reset. If that doesn't work, try the nuclear reset. If neither work, contact CS.

I've seen this once in my car and a logo reset fixed the issue.
