MB EQS has some impressive range on Edmund test.
They sure do. I would rather have EV’s beat out the EPA range than get less. Think most consumers would too. Impressive how much better Mercedes and BMW perform on range estimates compared to EPA. Would like to see Edmunds tests in colder weather though too.

Tbh I had never even paid attention to average mi/kWh until yesterday and I realized I was getting 2.95 mi/kWh lifetime and this is in standard regen and with good amount of sprint mode /0-60 blasts..

Yesterday I actually put it in aggressive regen, accessories and heating off, and was somewhat careful with acceleration/regen (trying to keep the needle carefully in the middle of the gauge) and was able to average 3.8 mi/kWh despite the weather getting colder.

I’m sure if I was extremely anal (like 10 seconds to get to 30 mph , never using the brakes etc.) and in optimal warm weather conditions, and optimal driving conditions (just cruising) it can achieve the EPA miles, but really there’s no fun in that.

Honestly when I had my Volt there was a time when I was pretty anal about my "volt stats" but driving this way just annoys the other drivers on the road lol I guess a good gauge is, if other drivers are honking at you and giving you the finger as they drive by angrily 😎 then you’re on your way to achieving the EPA battery performance.

You Sir, Might be the leader in Average. Mine has never shown more than 3.2 and that only on the Highway. Local driving no more than 2.5

I do run my AC at 59 and Fan speed at 10 because at least in my car it is barely doing its job. I also Gun it every time I am first at the light 🤪. People here know that is about the only thing I like about the GT haha. Good thing electricity is still relatively cheap.

In 3 months I have 1200 miles on it, thanks to the Casinos in Oklahoma otherwise I may only have 500. It has also made two trips to Houston Service center and was there for 3-4 Days each.
Agree with you. Fans are weak. I’m in Canada and getting less than 400 kilometres per charge of of 755 k range. Very dissapointed

Are you saying you’ve charged it to 100% and it shows 755 km but you drove it to 0% and got less than 400 🤔

Correct. I am bringing it to service today. Hopefully they can find out why so low. Plus’s lots of other issues. Unsatisfied customer.
Something has to be wrong, 400km is roughly 2mi/kwh. No one on here is getting that terrible efficiency even @DJL On his recent trip was getting 2.8 going up 1000s of feet in elevation in freezing weather.

Where are you located
