Tidal problem last few days

I heard back from Tidal that they are looking into this. Not sure of any timelines.
 
Having the same issue and using apple car play as a backup for now. This may have been triggered by a Cloudflare outage that happened around the same time. Really odd that it hasn't recovered.

Same here. Been down for about 5 days. Pretty sure that the Tidal team is only 2 people working from a booth in a Starbucks. Feels that way.
 
I haven't read any of the posts on this string.

Three years ago I got a GT with all the option including a Dolby Pro and a free Tidal subscription.

I used to be an audio freeke... had spent tens of thousand on audio gear and tweaking a deadicated listening room. You have no idea how sick it gets.

Since I got a Lucid Air ... I sold all my audio gear, disassembled my listening room, and spend hours in the rear back seat of my Air listening to Tidal music.

This thread is likely to make me go out to my sub-freezing garage and listen to music.

One day after Tidal issue resolved, now I’m getting “no internet connection” error for ALL my subscription services, Tidal, Spotify, and SiriusXM. Which means now I can only listen to AM/FM or Bluetooth. 😡 yes I’ve tried soft and hard reboot. Hopefully, this too is a temporary issue.
 
Tidal plays for me now, however it still doesn't resume the last song I was listening to once I get back into my car.

This is "unable to play this item' is my reoccurring issue. It seems to occur when trying to scroll through selections, but once I get this message it seems that Tidal is out of commission until I do a soft reset -- or shut down and re-enter vehicle.
 
On my 2025 Air, I have the album artwork not displaying periodically. Recently, I have been experiencing a loss of connectivity from time to time—so, Tidal is working fine and all of the sudden the music stops and I get a “No Active Media” indication. I live in Las Vegas and this is not area-specific. Also, my system indicates that I have the latest update, but is .16 and not .17. Another thing the bothers me about the Tidal in car app is the fact that it does not let you arrange the songs in alphabetical order, unlike the app on my MacBook Pro. Appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks in advance.

* log out of Tidal (in the car's Applications menu)
* tune to another audio source (i.e. FM)
* run a logo infotainment reset (I assume a steering wheel reset would also work)
* in the applications section, re-log into Tidal (requires verifying with phone)

After this, my album art returned.

Tried this multiple times but with the latest update these steps no longer seem to work for me.

It’s happened to me a few times. I now just do a logo reset two or three times and it’s always fixed it.
 
Does anyone know if when doing a factory reset whether that deletes tidal log in?

I haven't tried it in a while. My Tidal album art comes and goes...I've sort of given up trying to have it show up consistently :(
