Tidal problem last few days

I am having a new problem with the native Tidal App. Beginning yesterday, the app spontaneously logged me out. When I try to log back in, the log-in screen is blank for a few seconds and then returns to the apps submenu. Air logo restarts have not helped. All the other app log in screens appear normally. It is as though the car is not able to communicate to Tidal. Anyone else experiencing this?

I just got my car back from service and this is now happening to me as well. All the other apps have logged in without an issue.

Resets haven't fixed it, and there's no options (like deleting the account so I can re-enter the information) are present.

Help me Obi-Wans, you're my only hope!

Hi, yes same problem and attempted steps to self-fix as both of you. Recent Console chip upgrade

Mid-drive yesterday, Tidal completely craps out and then on the cockpit screen, it tells me to sign in. Click on the sign in, it spins on the login screen on the pilot panel and then goes to the application menu without loading up the Tidal login. Tried every reboot other than factory reset and nada. Called CS, and they said it's a known problem with a lot of customers being impacted with no known fix.

Oh my. Not very encouraging!

Well I’m glad it’s not just me. But boy oh boy, you talk about an unacceptable glitch, especially when I have the upgraded SSP sound system, and paying monthly subscription fee for Tidal. C’mon Lucid get it fixed!

Same here.

I literally signed up for Tidal this morning and gave this issue now, can’t log in at all. I hate this app. Every time I sign up for a month I cancel within a week because it just never gets better with any updates

Sensing this may not be an isolated Tidal issue, as the Tidal site and app works just fine. It’s the communication with the Lucid network that’s the issue. Stick with Tidal as it’s the most amazing thing in my SSP Pure, when it works lolz.

My Tidal also crapped out today. Not sure what to do next? Works fine on my computer and iPhone.

It appears that my laptop version of Tidal works fine (but it recently had an update load), my Samsung phone Tidal would open, but all connections to my playlists, genres, explore, etc., were gone. Updating the app did not help, but when I uninstalled/reinstalled it, it now works fine on my phone. I have Sonos on my Savant system for home media, and the connection to any account-specific settings/information also seems to be gone. I contacted Lucid Support to see if there is a way for them to uninstall/reinstall Tidal on the car, but they said not. I'm contacting Sonos once their Customer Support (a phone number!!!) opens later this morning to see if they can work with Tidal directly and any results may filter over to Lucid and other connectivity systems. I'll also call Savant which also connects to Tidal directly. It appears it may be a disconnect from any non-direct Tidal interface.

Same issue here. Tidal is really testing my patience, between this, the playback resume issue, the « no artwork » issue from a few month ago, and random songs not playing anymore…

Tidal on my Polestar 3 Bowers & Wilkins working so far.

Uninstalling/reinstalling Tidal from Sonos and Savant worked. LUCID needs to contact Tidal directly to figure this out for the car. I do no like Android Auto, so using that as a medium from my phone is not the answer.

Tidal is sort of working on my Gravity. At startup, it will start playing previous played song and music app will remain frozen accepting no input, no ability to change songs/playlists for about 5 minutes while continuing playing previous playlist. Finally after about 5 minutes, controls and other playlist/song selections become available.

@marqie, can you and your team help us with this problem?

Same problem here. Started a few days ago. I was at the beginning of a long road trip, so I called Lucid. They said it was the first they had heard of it.

So now I’m wondering if this an Air-only issue? If I’m reading correctly, the Gravity isn’t experiencing a log out / unable to log in problem? This may also be helpful info for the Lucid team.

I am having some Tidal issues in my Gravity. See my post above. This started yesterday around same time as Air owners started reporting their issues.

I'm referring to the "unable to log in" issue. If you're able to get Tidal to work, even as wonky as you describe it, that's different. At this point, I wish I had your issues, lolz.
