The GT slips back at stop? Dangerous? How to avoid.

I don't find one accurate word to descript this problem.
When I stop my Lucid GT at low degree slant road, in front my Lucid is just a traffic light. The car is slipping back a lot, when I try to accelerate in traffic light changed green.
This happens many times. Because the slant sometime is so low degree, I don't even notice that. The car is slipping back by itself, until one of back car horned I just noticed.
This slip usually happens on manual car but I don't know why it happens on GT.
Any solution? Thank you!

Do you have hold “mode” on?

That can be turned off? As I know it is always on in new version of firmware. I will take a look at my setting
