I had noticed the Sun Visor on the Driver's side (of the one time I used it) was intermittent; it would turn on for a quarter-second, then off. I suspected dead batteries being a 2022 model and started to get cross over that I just got the car back from a 3-year-service which includes (allegedly) battery replacement but I "held my horses" and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Taking out the clip using light force (pun) was easy enough, and noticed the batteries for my DE-P was CR2450 (thick) and not CR2032 as some had discussed. I don't think CR2032 are thick enough to fit. Maybe?

Anyway, I used a MultiMeter and tested all 3 and they were fine. Huh. Bad module?

I put them back in (trying not to touch the flat sides) and re-inserted into the visor-slot.

Suddenly, the visor worked fine.

This car enjoys resets. Fixed.

I did the same a few years ago and they have worked ever since haha. My solution was simply swapping the battery inserts between the visors; both worked fine haha
