Static and Garbled Audio

Happens 1 out of every 3 times or so when charging at my office in full sun (only 80 degrees today). All Audio is garbled when I end charging and go to drive away. That is from sources as well as turn signal, back up chimes, etc.
I have recorded it. Only way to stop it is to reboot.
