Really? Did they push you the software to enable it? Once I had the software pushed to enable it, it’s worked for months.

I think a fob firmware update is going to be needed as well at some point, which needs to be done by service at this point, but at least mobile service can do it (there are plans to add fob updating to the Lucid app, but it's probably in a distant future).

But the car update alone should help tremendously. From what I gathered, there are two sensors that talk to the fob, one for when you're outside and one for when you're inside and they get confused between each other when you're inside, resulting in fob detection issues. The firmware update is supposed to address that.

I did not get any information about what else might be in this update, but I'm hoping for a lot more.

I hope the OTA addresses the black screen issue, it’s so random, sometimes screens come up quickly other times I’m siting in the car for a good 1-2 minutes before they load.

Disconnect/reconnect of the usb stick resolved it for me.

Speaking of iPhone, on my phone Lucid app is by far the highest battery consumer in the background, up to 20% per day.
Anyone else noticed faster iPhone battery drain since Lucid app was added or updated recently?

I don’t keep it running in the background as there’s no PaaK. That’s the only reason I’d keep it running.

Nah. I'm definitely not that desperate! 😀

Considering the very limited number of members (maybe 2) who have connection issue, it's definitely not a software or phone issue. User action needed on my part; disconnect/reconnect USB stick. Using the Android app the otherwise, works fine.

They called and asked me after the latest software update and still showed the same error message which I informed them.
But I’ll give them a call and ask about the software push specifically for home link.

For me, they came to my house, connected a laptop and pushed software to enable it. I got my car very early in the delivery process though so not sure if that process is still relevant today to get it working or it can be done via an OTA push.

Hope it can done OTA, I got the car~ 3 days after you got the delivery on June 29 and asked about it generally a few times. Didn’t stress on it much as I felt it would work sooner than later but now that it’s been three months just getting a little impatient.

It can’t be done OTA, as I understand it. You’ll have to get service to do it, but it only has to happen once; and I believe mobile can do it.

Now that they opened San Jose showroom it might be easier for the mobile service to help fix it. Will contact lucid tomorrow and request for assistance on this issue.

Anyone else getting DreamDrive limited errors? I get it about every other day. Once it happens I lose lane departure assistance, DD and it tells me I’m drowsy. Yes the sensors are clear (washed the car). It resolves with a reboot.

I’ve gotten the DreamDrive one only once since being on 3.3.2 but it disappeared after 15 mins or so. High Beam Assist I don’t use anymore so I can’t say, have found it to be too slow to respond to oncoming traffic so turned it off long ago.
 
Yep it happens to me. But not all the time. It's infrequent.

Mobile service came out and took care of my frunk and door yesterday, also flashed my key.

Immediately when I went to take the car, I had a parking brake error and rear wheel steering error. Did the long reboot and it cleared everything.

Software is still buggy for sure, but realistically the car drives fine. I look forward to experiencing the change as Lucid continues to refine its software. I haven't been stranded just yet... Thank god.

Has anyone else noticed the record button for Halo Protect only sometimes works? Sometimes I go to tape it, on the upper main screen and it tells me I need to setup Halo Protect. I don't always want to honk to start the recording.

Haven’t gotten them anywhere near as frequently as you, but have gotten them and they go away.

For the drowsy piece, just turn it off in settings. It’s not very good at detecting it anyway.

Yes, I’ve had this happen a couple of times or it’s just not available. I don’t think the constant rebooting the car does helps this in any way.
