Got to be serious if @HC_79 is crying 😭 🤣🤣🤣. Let's hope that your situation is just an outlier. We don't another thread about fob errors message.

I took the car out last night and no messages or fob issues at all but I also haven’t been experiencing them as much as others on other versions either.

I do hope it’s an outlier but if they keep popping up with others, I’m left a little speechless at this point. This will now be the 3rd software release to address key issues. Again, let’s hope it’s an outlier.

Ultimately, as I said, I don’t really care as it’s not impacting my drive. It’s a far cry from 3.2.2 when it legit wouldn’t let me in my car, start my car, etc. I am sure it will be fine.

Plus, no other errant error messages yet, so consider it a win. The mere fact they’re trying to address it quickly is great. Though it’s also likely because they want to avoid all of the end of Q deliveries having an issue that becomes more public.

Car is SO f’ing amazing I’d hate for the fob to continue to cast a shadow. Looking for reasons to drive it all the time. Just love it.

My first try just failed, but the second attempt "killed" both the key fob and the key cards which resulted in the car being towed.
If the update was the issue, I'd expect a 3..3.3 release because how trying to install 3.3.2 for a *third* time could help?

What are you talking about… it was not out 10 days ago… sure sounds like fishy info here Thierry. Got my car Wed… update appeared last night… I grabbed it and drove immediately after it finished… worked flawlessly… mostly less false alarm dialogs in the left portion of screen. None of the key issues, no difficulty getting car to go to drive… and my door handles always present as i walk up to the car.

I never said they pushed the update 10 days apart. I said they pushed the update 10 days ago and that I tried to install it twice (both times on the same day).

I double checked and I see now where my mistake comes from. During our calls, customer care was mentioning 3.3.2 but the link I received from Service Center 10 days ago was for 3.3.1. (not 3.3.2 as I assumed).

My mistake, it was 3.3.1, not 3.3.2. I should have trusted what the screenshot says rather than Customer Care (but Service Center had it right).

I love the car as well and did the 3.3.2 update last night. Unfortunately I’m still getting the 30-60 seconds until the car actually turns on the right two screens. Frustrating. I haven’t had the key fob firmware update yet. That’s scheduled for 10/10 and hoping that fixes the issue out right. I had to use the key card twice today to get the car to start and recognize my driver profile.

Based on the release notes, I don’t think Lucid was trying to address the screen blank issue. Notes just spoke about minimizing random erroneous errors.

Is there any way to bump up the "screen blank" issue on their fix priority list (assuming this is the next thing after the key fob issue that bugs people the most)??

Ahh. I figured the blank screen issue was connected to the key fob issues. It’s very frustrating. Reminds me of my 2020 model Y days. Lots of sw issues but they eventually got ironed out thankfully. I am sure Lucid will get it sorted out.

I don’t think so. Fob opens car on proximity and starts it fine. I just replaced the battery on Tuesday. I just ignore the warnings and it’s working fine.

When battery was dead, buttons on fob wouldn’t work, proximity didn’t work, wouldn’t start car, etc.

Shockingly I think my battery is dead again. Proximity stopped working today. Once again lucky I had my wallet and key card.
 
Aug 23rd per my forum posting. It means a brand new sealed battery lasted 1 months.

Screw live view/halo, I'll pay a subscription service for mobile key.

At this rate I'm going to need to have a calendar that tells me it's that type of the month for the fob.
 
A month is ridiculous for a key fob battery. They should last at least a year.

I seriously need PaaK. I keep using the key card because the fob isn’t working but then I forget the key card is there and leave it in the car.

Going to end up with a stolen GDE at this rate.
