Well I can't believe they are related but now suddenly my phone charger and key card reader are working. The only thing that has changed is the install of ver 3.3.2. Either it's coincidental or else my center console problem was software related. Either way yahoo!!

did 3 trips today with about 2 hours of total driving and not one Key Fob message. I've gotten "USB Charging Unavailable" 2 or 3 times but that's about it. LED lighting changing themes still exists and 3 months on I can't believe you still can't send an address to the car and have it route in the navigation from your phone.

Noticed the lighting issue still. Odd that address sent from phone DOES show up in car but when I tap it, nothing happens.
Got my favorite “software updated” notice tonight in car. Haven’t gotten any warnings all day except the “key not detected” multiple times. One time, it actually wouldn’t let me put it into gear for a couple of seconds - so it was legitimately not detected though I’d just entered car using proximity unlock. But warning went away in seconds and I was able to drive.
Some improvements for sure, but lots to still do!

My wireless charing starting working after the 3.3.2 update, too. Unfortunately, by the time I finished driving home and tried the key card, the wireless charging stopped working and the key card didn't work.Well I can't believe they are related but now suddenly my phone charger and key card reader are working. I called customer care on Wednesday a little after 5 pm local time and they said they opened a ticket and that the service folks would call me "tomorrow" to schedule a visit from mobile service. I'm still waiting for the call from service. I'll be calling again on Monday morning while service is open in hopes of getting something scheduled soon. I really hope I don't have to go to the service center as it is a 6 hour drive away.
I still get the "key not detected" warning the first time I get in the car, but that's it. The rest of the weird warnings have stopped (no more software update complete, driver assistance not available, etc.)
It is really annoying that the send address to vehicle doesn't work as the nav doesn't seem to be able to find businesses by their names, city, and state. I end up having to look them up on my phone and provide the full address. Hopefully that gets better, too.

Seriously, how hard is it to fix that last piece. Shouldn't be taking months to fix little things like this.
Got two “battery is very low. Charge soon” messages on the app while the car was parked. Battery was in the 70% both times.
Got several “key not detected”. But I had no idea if i have the fob updates or not. I would think they did it before delivery 6 days ago but maybe not.

Do you happen to use an Android phone? Someone else had that issue and it was in an Android phone.
I got the same issue as well. I also had the car not start up right after the update. I was able to unlock with the keyfob but no screens powered on I could not put in drive. Took about five minutes of unlock then lock then unlock before the car powered up. Have had screens not turn on a few times since the 3.3 update but this is the 1st time I was not able to drive.

This sucks. Maybe double check and make sure you didn’t accidentally take delivery of a Volvo EX90? I’m trying to joke about it but I am getting increasingly alarmed that I’m shortly taking delivery of a car I might not be able to drive randomly, when I need the vehicle to respond to emergency calls and am also using it to take family to NYC next weekend.

I’m trying to think happy thoughts though and find all the posts of successful road trips and good times in the Gravity, of which there are many and overall people are just driving the car without too much trouble and enjoying it. It just sounds a bit like Lucid’s software issues are getting into the realm of “thoughts and prayers”, and I’m not a faith based driver.
I had to replace my battery the day after delivery

Since then - keyfob stopped working, phone charging is intermittent, key not detected messages, unable to drive, not detecting key card in the designated spot, car battery is low messages despite 80% charge, both screens inside dead after unlocking and getting inside, then after close/open dash screen woke up, but pilot screen is still dead.
"Software update installed" message is stuck on dash screen, can't swipe to remove it, even though software was updated many power cycled ago and message wasn't there few minutes before. Being early adopter is fun, until you can't drive your new $120k toy for no apparent reason. Gremlins have taken over my car.
Question - how do you do a software reset? Is there a secret factory reset button somewhere I can push with a toothpick? Does kicking it hard in the front bumper help? It would help to relief frustration, but might further angry those gremlins.

This sounds so frustrating. I am sorry you are experiencing this. I have a few gremlins but they are not as vicious as yours. Have you tried holding in the brake pedal and holding the X and the microphone button at the same time for about 25 seconds?
In the last hour since my post above the keyfob started working again, car unlocks and locks, doors, trunk and frunk open/close, but it doesn't respond to the brake pedal and drive stick, pilot screen is dead and dash screen's left side is frozen, while right side is working fine.
Buttons under the pilot screen work as I can hear and feel A/C controls working, the phone app reflects climate control changes I make with buttons, even though I can't see anything on the screen. None of this matters as much as inability to put it in drive, it seems bricked right now. Everything on the left of the vertical menu on the dash screen is frozen, no response to any touch controls on the left side and it even shows locked car symbol when it's unlocked. Is there a way to completely reset software, so I can drive again?

Note to self for my future delivery in next month or so (I hope)(maybe hope?). Will not accept car unless latest software has been installed by SC and verified. After spending at least an hour thoroughly going over car delivery checklist, accept car and go for lunch at place close to SC. After leisure 1 hour lunch, verify no fob/access or drive issues.
Going forward, do no software updates while away from home, on a weekend, or if there is a critical trip planned within the next week.
You are a lifesaver, I coudn't find this reset instruction anywhere, but now I just tried it and everything is back to normal again, all screens, UI functions, drive, etc. all back to normal.
I disabled "easy entry" feature for now as I read some reports in the 100+ pages Gravity bugs thread that it might be messing with software startup sequence. Will use keyfob buttons until PaaK feature is available.
Glad I could help. The people at the 800 number had me do it once and it worked so I figured it may help you as well. Also, I “think” easy entry doesn’t have anything to do with the fob but the seat position and the proximity lock/unlock feature is what they were referring to (but I could be incorrect).
