I could turn that around and say that 3.3.1 was not proven in the real world to fix the issue.

So I guess let’s wait and see.

Except yours is speculation that can’t be proven without the answer to my question, which is the actual point. So, as I said… they should double check that. I’m not saying I’m right; I’m providing a possible reason that they should check.

Not everything is an attack, and you don’t have to “turn around” every comment.

You are shifting the burden of proof to an owner, who I am sure will end up seeking help for the issue, but it’s the company who needs to prove that an issue is fixed during the warranty period.

Either way, I am here for the data.

Let’s not jump to conclusions and assume that this update didn’t fix / resolve the issue. The key fob is designed to sleep after 60 seconds or so of no movement. From the image provided the car is in Park. What’s not to say they left the key stationary for a period of time and the key was simply sleeping.

It’s certainly possible. He was prompted to shake it by vehicle, who knows what happened after.
 
I had some key fob issues before and even mentioned it on the forum. After I swapped out the batteries, it’s been working much better. The only thing I still notice is that if I leave it in park for a minute before moving, the fob sometimes goes to sleep which I feel is a good thing to save the battery. The message does still pop up once in a while, but it goes away after I give the fob a shake.

So even though the fob is new to you, it looks like the battery inside might have already been drained a bit from the factory.
 
My car started updating 29 minutes ago. I received the notification. It’s at the SC, but supposed to pick up tomorrow so I’ll see how it does. Curious if it’s rolling out broadly now or just because my Gravity is at an SC.
 
Possibly with the ones at the SC and yet to be delivered ones. I just got my 3.2.2 update.
Might be getting the latest one a few days later.
Please give your feedback especially on the halo secure once you pick it up tomorrow.

Could be that it’s at a SC. Typically, if an OTA hits while in service they have a line item to ensure software is up to date.
 
Halo secure does allow live view. I can’t get mine to load post update, but it may be because it’s at an SC. This is what it looks like. It’s a similar UI to our Tesla and Rivian, but not sure how it looks/works in operation.

I know folks have posted the release notes but I remember people asking about recording via the cameras and so I thought I’d post this. Sorry if it’s already been posted. USB 2.0 seems like a super old standard. Not complaining as I love the feature, just seems like old tech in a car where everything is very new tech.

Okay. It’s showing a live shot now but it’s dark in SC. I am posting this for @hmp10. Not quite Horn of Africa, but “South Atlantic Ocean”. Please note the “live” location per the app…my car is showing as “location temporarily unavailable”. I am sure it will end up fine.

It’s a great feature to have and I am glad we can record now, too.

Heyo I’m not the only one. I’m also on 3.3.1 and get the same warning alert.

I’m going to reach out to service to ask about it tomorrow. Maybe they didn’t update my fob 🤔

WAIT how do you get to this in the app? It’s not in my app.

I’ve had that happen before and can’t remember if it fixed itself or had to call Lucid. Maybe give it 1 to 2 days to see if it corrects itself or you may need to contact Lucid

Data is irrelevant without knowing the factors involved. 3.3.1 hasn't been rolled out to many and of those, I highly doubt that after the patch the car has been serviced for the Key Fob update.

I was referring to this happening with a previous release long ago in my Air.

I haven’t had key fob issues since taking delivery of my Gravity in June but as I mentioned earlier, if the car is in Park and you’re fumbling about in the car the key goes to sleep after about 60 seconds of non movement. Are you seeing this message after sitting in the car for an extended period of time while it’s in Park or is I happening as soon as you get in the car.

Also, if you haven’t had Lucid update your fob firmware this is a moot topic.
