How do you do a full hard factory reset? drivers sie door not responding sometimes and window buttons dead. Lucid tech had me do the 2 button steering wheel reset but no luck to resolve.

reset will not fix the issue. pls make a service appointment.

Had the same problem. They had to replace a module to fix this issue. Resetting it will not work.

FWIW I was having a variety of issues with my Air GT and called customer service.. with me on the phone in the car, first she did a quick diagnostics.. then she walked me through the steering wheel reset (x button, mic button, brake button) and it worked fine... they did not raise any warnings about using this method.

There are no longer any reason for warnings about this method. It's the preferred method and is detailed in you owner's manual.
