I’m going to skip details for now as diagnosis is ongoing (I’m blaming a defective EVGo charger, make sure and ALWAYS check PlugShare before trying a charger which I failed to do this time, if it looks bad, don’t even bother), but I wanted to state that Lucid service was absolutely amazing for me with a situation I had. Not only did they call me back within 60 seconds of texting them, they were very savvy about troubleshooting, made arrangements to get me (and unhappy wife and past-bedtime unhappy 2 year old!) back on the road within an hour, and my local Lucid service coordinator even personally called me after hours to make sure everything was ok and I was being taken care of. I know a few owners may have been frustrated with service experiences depending on their region but not me, I’ve never even had AAA or insurance companies be this responsive, professional and quick.
