Yes, that and the additional range. I originally had a GT range spec'd with 19's but was fortunate to get a DE Performance via the wait list and had to take it as-is.

19s we’re around 3k-4.5k iirc, I don’t remember for sure. The 21s were much more expensive at about 8k
