Rivian planning layoffs that could target about 5% of staff, report says
The cuts will come in areas where Rivian has grown too quickly, Bloomberg reported.

14,000? That mean they added 3000+ more staff last quarter. 5% = 700 is really not much lay off… most of cosmetic for earning call.
