Hi everyone. I am considering selling my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance and leasing a Lucid Air Touring. My only concern is the availability and quality of service, since I would be dependent on the Los Angeles (Beverly Hills) Service Center.

1) For those of you who have had your Lucid serviced at the Los Angeles / Beverly Hills Service Center, what has your experience been like overall?
2) How easy or difficult is it to get an appointment?
3) Do they offer loaners? If so, are the loaners also Lucids or rental cars from Enterprise?
4) Can you have basic maintenance like rotating the tires and replacing air filters done via mobile service?

Overall have been impressed with the BH Service Center and has been easy getting appointments. For example, rang yesterday and they’re coming out Tuesday.

They offer Lucid loaners but you need to make sure you request one when booking your appointment.
