Regret my purchase

I get some of this. They definitely need a larger phone bank and many more "customer care specialists." Last time I tried to call them, I waited 10 minutes, was told that I have to leave my number, then got a call back (that I missed) 6 hours later. I called back immediately, got put on hold for another 2 hours with no call back option offered, and then according to their message they shut down for the night. Not a lot of "customer care" involved in that experience...
Update. Finally got a response regarding my Homelink issue. They can get it put in….Vov 30th!!! 3 months! Have another tech issue where the updates won’t install due to a “technical issue”. They can’t determine what the technical issue is. Had a50 amp circuit put in to charge the Gravity. First time charged from 30 to 80% in under 5 hours. Now it takes over a day and a half. Won’t charge faster than 16 amp or 2-3 miles per hour. Was told they will send me a new charging cable but no estimated time of when I well receive it. Spent an hour on hold, no answer, no leave your number. Two days ago, got a FedEx extending my temp plates for two more months. Next day, I get a FedEx with new plates. OMG. They need to get their place in order. Spoke with a local tech, he can’t fix my problems and a suggestion was to transport my vehicle to Chicago! When I said I don’t want to make the lease payment while the vehicle sits in their shop, they said they can get me a rental from Enterprise. So let me get this straight, they want me to make the lease payment while they play Doctor with my vehicle and want me to be happy in a rental. They don’t have a Lucid vehicle to offer. Been three days and I have not heard back from them

My record is 4 months how long you been in service? They just offered me another Enterprise Chevy to ship my car to Utah. So far they have shipped my car to Washington twice, California 3 times, and now want to ship it to Utah-all while refusing to buy it back under lemon law unless I sue them. This is an awful company and your journey is just beginning.

I’ve had it two months. Have been calling them weekly either with new issues or to follow up on unresolved issues. They laid off about 1700 people a few months ago so they are severely cutting costs. They do not have trained mobile techs so that is why they are booking service 3 months out. I reiterate my regret with entering into this lease. Love the concept of the vehicle but the company is not ready to be a prime time player

They have a mobile guy in Utah now if you’re near there

It seems more focused on location than as a whole
And the legal stuff may be someone else’s idea.

I’m in Colorado Springs. Supposed to have a service center in Denver but they are under the Chicago center. Was told they would need to ship my vehicle to Chicago to get it looked at.

I now know 4 such people. :)
Make it five. I set up homelink and didn’t like how it worked so use my clicker. I am a 51 year-old who loves to try new technology, but I just do not like homelink.

The Denver “service center” is literally two guys and a bay they rent from a body shop.

I set up Homelink, no problems, and also put it as a hot button on steering wheel and it works like a charm.

When you say you “set up Homelink”, what do you mean. My vehicle did not come with it so they have to install it ($350 charge) and they can’t get to me until Nov 30th!

Once it’s installed.

Yikes.

I picked up my Gravity on Monday, and they're coming out this week to install Homelink (mobile service) ...

So far, no complaints with the Lucid experience at all.
