I had referred a friend to purchase a Lucid during the double points promotion that they had a few weeks ago. My friend actually did put in an order for a car, but by the time the car was delivered the promotional period had ended. Lucid is telling me that because delivery was taken after the promotional period ended, that I don’t get the double points on the referral, but doesn’t that seem like a strange stance to take considering that we as owners don’t have any influence on when a car is to be delivered. We can tell somebody how great Lucid is and that they should go buy one, which is what I did, and an order was placed on that referral. But then I just got the standard 8000 points for an air touring instead of 16,000.
