We all express frustration with the Gravity release. We are treating LUCID like it is a consistent unchanging monolith. But LUCID has made several high level hires that just came on board in 2025. And they are experienced car people with impressive experience running and engineering production. Three months on the job? If they are going to be productive: changes big and small are happening out of our sight. Who has ever seen a new manager get everything together in three to four months? A running narrative during that time? Not productive. Who spews ‘facts’ that are constantly evolving?
As to delays we complain about? There are two sides to that coin.
Money has time value. Delivery Delays: the cost is Lucid’s. Post delivery service delays: the cost is the buyer’s. So I was not fazed with delays in the GGT.
Of course my wife disagrees. She changed res to Dream awhile ago. And today changed wheels to expedite that delivery.
But no VIN, nothing in writing.
