Car started updating last night. I did not receive confirmation the update completed but pilot panel show up to date at 2.0.35.

Get in the car this morning to leave for the gym and get this: Car is not drivable.

Has this happened to anyone else? Service is responding.

Yes, perform a reset and see if it clears. Mine did!

Tried both soft reset (turn signal, lock) and Bobby reset. No bueno.

Key card reset 30 min wait time.

you got this error after updating to 2.0.35 or you mean you had this error in the past and it went away after reset?
I had this error when upgrading to 2.0.15

No problems to report.

Trying to get it towed - towing company, scheduled through Lucid, never heard of Lucid. Grrr
They use an outside contractor which contracts with local highly regarded towing companies; that unfortunately means people's experiences won't be the same across the board, but in general they've gotten good reviews.

We too had to have our car with under 400 miles on it towed due to a tire blow out - and the towing guy that contracts with Lucid had no clue it was an electric car. SMH Hubby said lets call AAA and I said, no we have roadside with Lucid and they are professionals at towing a Lucid, call Lucid....LOL eating my words now.

This happened to me on a previous update. It was when the update failed, and the software was in a mix of two versions. None of the resets cleared it, but when they pushed the software version again it installed properly and the errors cleared. Took a few days of back and forth with service. It wasn’t as easy as then just saying “send the update,” they had to get engineers involved.

Is there a thread on towing? Curious what the proper steps are in a organized fashion on what to do if you need a tow. Get the hook, and do what?
I've read in the owner's manual some of the steps, like the neutral which is like a half click down, etc..

But still would probably need more details,
also curious on tire rotations, call Lucid or take it to your Discount Tire or local mechanic you trust?
Are the points the same for Lucid as other vehicles to actually put it on a jack or lift and get it off the ground?

Had some general questions around the 'maintenance' or 'service' aspect of the vehicle

This happened to me after updating this morning from **.33 to **.35. showed updated current and drove about 4 miles then had drive system / brake failure red lite don't fn drive the car warning. Did left turn signal reset and drove another mile then happened again. did reset, happened three more times. Finally got home (6 miles). Now what? Anyone think it's safe to take this car into a tunnel under the Hudson river and get out of the car to do a 30 minute reset ? don't know what to do now ... afraid to take the car anywhere near an expressway, let alone the Lincoln tunnel. I guess this car is for local use only now ... who can reassure me that a reset permanently fixes issues ?

Volund thanks for mentioning towing. Looks like it's in my future.
