Pilot Panel Stuck

After a day with customer care, this was repaired and I haven't had the issue recur in last 7 months. It's annoying but fixable.
 
I also have the same problem that manifested today. Reported to service. door closure mechanism also broke for which they scheduled a mobile visit on 14th April. So hopefully they will take care of both issues on same visit.
 
Pilot Panel stuck in “down” position for the first time since I got the Air Pure (lease) in late August 2024. The screen is frozen in the map that was “on” when it stuck. It’s unresponsive to touch prompts. Been on hold a looooong time with customer service line on this Saturday evening 8pm EST. Any suggestions other than waiting until someone answers?

Just completed a reboot of the infotainment system and it fixed the problem. Thanks to the moderator (can’t recall name, but not Bobby) for the link to instructions. My owner’s manual was locked/inaccessible in the glovebox and I had forgotten the need to press the brake pedal in addition to the X and voice buttons on the steering wheel. Peace. Will hear from me again if it occurs with no fix. Customer Service never did answer the phone…was on hold 39 minutes.

I had the same issue about a year ago. Mobile service replaced it. No problems since. I’d try calling again. Maybe on weekends they have less staff available.
