Phone App Stays at "Still Waking Up..."

I was at Electrify America getting ready to charge the car and found my phone App showing "Still Waking Up" which meant door, charge, etc. icons on app would not enable (even though I had no problem while driving to Charge Station). I waited for over 10 minutes and gave up on App and reset my phone a couple of times, which did not help.. Even though phone App shows "Still Waking Up" the phone unlocked the doors and linked to car which allowed me to drive to work! This was several hours ago and my phone Lucid App still shows "Still Waking Up". Has anyone experienced this - and is there some software/app reset remedy?

I have the same problem. Prior to 2.6.0 and App 2.1.2 the car would wake up as long as WiFi was not connected. Now my car will not wake up even with WiFi disconnected. I tried deleting and reloading App 2.1.2 and a logo reset but no luck. I emailed customer care a few days ago. I will post if they have a solution.

Same here. Worked fine yesterday on 2.6.0, but now the car won't wake up through the app. Deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

Have the same issue from time to time. Phone says waking up even if I am at the car and the car is open. Next day, may work fine. As a result, I always take the key fob with me.

Ok so I read other posts on the forum and went and turned off my car's WiFi. After that, my app connected to the car almost instantaneously.

Same. Have yet to be able to wake the car from the app. Tried all the usuals. Nothing. Love getting heckled by coworkers as they watch me trying to get the car to unlock in the pouring rain.

If you have mobile key set up you shouldn't even be looking at the app. I too have seen app wakeup issues with the latest version of the iOS app (for e.g. turning on the HVAC remotely), but mobile key has not been any worse than usual. Bobby has a video on mobile key setup / resetting:

SAME!! Android User here and ever since the update this last week my app no longer works. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hard reset the car.. on hard resetting the car the app worked one time only and then it went back to just "waking car" on subsequent use. My Wi-Fi has been off since day one because that was the first "fix" to the app but now, nada. This is very frustrating Lucid needs to get their stuff together asap... my 10 year old Civic has better software and has no updates or glitches!

SAME!! Android User here and ever since the update this last week my app no longer works. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hard reset the car.. on hard resetting the car the app worked one time only and then it went back to just "waking car" on subsequent use. I know they’re working on a fix for this. Also, “no updates” isn’t the win you think it is

Finally fixed! I was able to get through to our local Milbrae service center and they remotely checked the car and noticed problem occurred after the latest s/w update last week Tue and at the time only fix was resetting the modem in the car which only service could. However, looks like they pushed out a s/w fix by last Fri (2/7) so a service call is not necessary. Also, to ensure everything was well their mobile service tech stopped by today AM and did a complete diagnostic on the car, so all is good! Response overall from Lucid to resolve issue has been excellent.

Turn off car's wifi and try

I think I’ll be turning off the car’s WiFi permanently. It’s just so unreliable.
