OTA Update 2.7.0

Guys, whether it's for the Sapphire only or not, @hmp10 's point remains.
Yes, the other posts point also remains since this update will not bring anything to them. Its not wrong but its fact unless like other updates were things are changed in the back but not mentioned in particular.

Maybe I missed something. Where does it say for Sapphire only?

But even so, to still be fine tuning what every reviewer says is the pinnacle of sedan performance in every dimension is notable.

One of Peter Rawlinson’s lasting contributions to automotive history is the determination he built in a car company to never stop seeking perfection. It might, though, also be the reason he’s no longer there. But the legacy remains. No one has ever put two new cars based on new propulsion technology on the road and have them shoot straight to the top automotive awards upon launch. And the Gravity might turn out to be his third.
Dude's a genius like a real engineering Genius not a cosplaying one like that other dude!

I miss Peter dearly!! 😞😖😢

I never said it didn't. I was highlighting Hmp's point about innovating our cars whether Sapphire or not four plus years later when other manufacturers would have long moved on.

This one was Sapphire specific

If by FSD you mean hands-free Drive Assist, it’ll come.

If by FSD you mean Waymo-style city driving, I wouldn’t hold your breath. :)
I don't think this vehicle will get anywhere NEAR SAE Level 5, or even 4. I meant level 3. Does it have the necessary hardware capability to perform level 4? I think so, but I don't know how long Lucid will provide SW updates to their older models.

So..... I've had a several hours with AA. I'm on Android 15 on my Galaxy Fold 5 (upgrading to the Fold 7 when it's released in August) and everything seems to work well but..... Atmos tracks through Tidal!! They aren't playing and the music has taken a significant hit through AA. Based on this alone, I likely won't be using AA much same as CarPlay until they enable Atmos tracks via Tidal.

If I'm missing a setting, please let me know. For those that know me SSPro and Atmos is a VERY big deal to me.

Thanks!

I don't think they have enabled ATMOS on CarPlay or AA. Only through the native Tidal app.

You'll likely need to reboot the infotainment after receiving 2.7.0 to restart car audio and Android Auto. Use the steering wheel buttons reset as mentioned in the owners' manual, or the equivalent logo reset on the Settings-About screen.

Given 3+ decades of dealing with software updates, my method is to reboot before applying the OTA update, and then rebooting again after.
