I had not thought of that. The caller-ID could be linked to my account when I call. Next time, I will call from a different number and see if the response is worse.
 
I am talking about the Customer Service number published in the app and in the car. I have yet to connect with anyone.
Add to that the irony of my Lucid delivery dude telling me "if you have any questions, etc, don't hesitate to call or text me". I texted him and he responded "Call Customer Support". Thanks!

I haven't had to call often but always have gotten issue resolved. I have texted my service tech and have gotten response. Delivery advisors I am not sure if they are qualified.
 
I am a GT owner and get excellent response from both Customer Care and the local service team. It doubt that the DE owners are getting treated better than me.
I wasn’t really serious. I got excellent attention myself too as non-DE owner. I was just poking fun. 🤭
