That'll be something huh...picking up on the same day...Ill be looking out for Zenith Red getting delivered..

I did full body PPF with xpel fusion plus- this ppf film is clear and has ceramic coating. Came to about 10k, but worth, it already save a paint chip from a stone ( film got damaged, small dent that was fixed, no paint damage ) and a brush against a landscape light that made a big scar along the passenger door- again, no paint damage. It aleady save me a couple of thousand dollars and I only had the car 1 month!

I was thinking on just doing the front only... But it seem like doing the entire car will be worth it.

Hello, I reserved my Quantum Grey Air Touring on Sep 30, 2020. Placed the order on October 26,2022. Received VIN # on Jan 27, 2023. My home state is NY, user id PlaterB. Please add my info to the table

Welcome! Nice to have some more folks from upstate! I'm in Buffalo. Did you get your car yet? I haven't seen any on the roads upstate except for @Thinjake
 
For folks who took delivery but noted items to be fixed or addressed on the Due Bill, were you contacted at some point later after delivery on when to bring the car back? And if so, how long did it take them to reach out after delivery and when was the scheduled service appointment?

For context, I took delivery this past Saturday in Millbrae and had some items on the Due Bill, not including some trim adjustments Id like to be addressed. I'm wondering if I should continue waiting to be reached out or just contact service now.

I am in your shoes. I picked my car past Saturday and I have 9 items listed on my Due Bill. I called my DA on Monday. He stated that he saw the Due Bill on their internal service portal. Due to lack of vehicle service staff at Millbrae, our Due Bills are being placed in queue. We will eventually get a call from Lucid Service when it is our turn.

Halodde, Hello from Pittsford. My Lucid consultant said it should be ready some time in February. How long have you had yours for? First impressions?

Im curious...did you use a checklist to come up with 9 items to fix? Or was it so apparent/bad that you just spotted these issues?
 
Apologies if this should be posted in the Air Pure forum. I currently have an air pure reservation with DDP SSP 19" wheels (white). I am considering switching to touring as I really want the glass canopy roof but it's not worth a 15k price differential to me. I am locked in to the old pricing.
Air + DDP + SSP = $96k
Touring + glass canopy = $99k
Touring + glass canopy + DDP + SSP = $113,500
My sales advisor said that if I reserve a touring now, I'm almost guaranteed to have the versions that are shipping with the DDP hardware and 3-months of DDP.

I do not actually want the DDP software (yet). But I do want to future-proof the car and have the hardware. I was told if your car does not ship with the hardware, you can never upgrade to DDP later as it will not have the necessary sensors.

I want the glass canopy more than I want DDP or SSP. However, not enough to get a base touring. At that price, I want both. Yes, I know. :)

That said, has anyone had experience/knowledge of Air Touring models shipping with DDP hardware even though the order did not have them? I was told this happens if you bought an already manufactured touring.

If the Air touring pre-delivery were to not have the hardware, I would downgrade to the air pure because at that price point, I think DDP is a better value than the canopy. (I do prefer the canopy though)
I would upgrade but my concern is that if I upgrade, I will not be able to downgrade to the old pricing for the pure IF I decided to downgrade after learning the air touring would not have the hardware. There is apparently no way to confirm this until car goes through inspection and is nearing delivery and Lucid can at any time decide to stop building these special 3-month DDP trial tourings.

I recently upgraded from Pure to Touring and was told by sales advisor it would be included. Now that I have a VIN, I will check with my DA whether it's included to confirm and report back any meaningful updates.

You havent included the 7.5k credit that is on offer in your touring pricing. The current tourings have the sensors, when I got the VIN my SA confirmed it comes with the 3 month trial.
