They are extremely picky about what they will underwrite. We couldn’t get EQ coverage from them, for example.

But once in, they’re exceptional from a customer service and coverage standpoint.
 
I’d like to report a good experience I just had with the Costa Mesa Service Center, I dialed the number fully expecting nobody to answer, but I got an answer within 30 seconds, very helpful guy named Chris answered the phone and made appointments for my list of minor issues on my GGT and the half shaft bolts recall for my Air pure. And since they don’t allow drop offs on the weekend, they are going to transport the vehicle by truck for both appointments. Big thanks to Chris!
