Gravity
So I took delivery of a fully loaded Gravity Touring last week. Loving the car. Huge upgrade in terms of driving dynamics and interior quality from my BMW iX (but miss PAAK via UWB). That said, I'm having a few minor issues that I'm hoping to get some help with...
  1. DreamDrive 2 Pro - How long will it take for the "calibration of cameras" to complete so that I can start using the system? I've driven the car at least 60 miles.
  2. Audible Carplay App - Considering Lucid does not have native Audible like Rivian and Tesla, this is a big one for me. Every audio app I've tried in the Gravity via Carplay has worked as expected, except Audible. When I launch the app and start playing my book, the time starts moving but there's no audio. When I go into my iPhone and toggle audio output from Carplay to iPhone and back again, audio works but it jumps back to the start of the book. If I try to skip chapters ahead, I again lose audio. It's been very frustrating and I'm hoping someone might have some advice.
  3. Entry & Exit Convenience Setting - When using this setting, the seat always moves correctly upon exit and entry. However, the steering wheel adjusts properly upon exit but never restores itself upon entry, so I'm constantly hitting Restore in the steering wheel setting screen. Any ideas?
  4. SiriusXM - Using the native SiriusXM app, is there any way to change channels from the steering wheel controls?
Thank you in advance for your help! Like I said, these are minor issues, but still ones I'd like to resolve.

Oh shart!!! Does the Gravity not have a native SXM receiver - it only has the app???

Correct. There is no satellite antenna in the car; cellular only. There are third party receivers you can install if you’d like, but there is a native Sirius XM app for streaming over cellular.

The Dream Drive issue may be fixed for you in the next update, supposedly on the way soon.

The Audible issue, that’s strange bc I listen to audio books all the time and I used Audible for a few months now and have had almost no problems with CarPlay. I can’t help there other than recommending maybe deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone. There are occasional times where audio didn’t play, but turning WiFi off on the phone, and disconnecting CarPlay, then turning it back on and reconnecting CarPlay fixed them every time.

Using the native XM app, no, no way to change channels on steering wheel. Just the screen.

(Fwiw, my wife listens to tons of Audible, and it works fine in the Gravity; I just confirmed with her)

No SXM antenna, so no receiver. Streaming only, IF you can get consistent internet from the car's AT&T dongle. I can't in my area. Frequently cuts in and out. Super annoying.

Thankfully the car has Android Auto now, which gets internet from the phone (far better T-Mobile signal, at least for me). So I play SXM (and Pandora, and Spotify) via AA instead. Still some dead zones on long road trips but much better near home, at least.

When I can't get a signal at all, I use Musicolet via AA to play songs downloaded on my phone.

After 3.6, my car won't calibrate so i lost Dream Drive. Service says known problem for some and also I need to bring it in.
Anyone else?

Mine had to go in. Was an issue with the face camera preventing it from calibrating.

I am also a new owner like you. I took Gravity Touring delivery on 6/17/26. Camera got synchronized after about 150 miles of which 100 miles was freeway driving.
1. My dream drive Pro is still not working because after driving some time I get yellow warning light, Driver Monitoring Camera Cannot Detect Driver's Face. This will stop auto driving.
2. I have same problem as you mentioned in 3. steering wheel adjusts properly upon exit but never restores itself upon entry, so I'm constantly hitting Restore in the steering wheel setting screen.
This problem was noticed from Day 1. Today mobile service came but can not resolve the problem. Now car need to go to service center and fixed there.

For #2, I'm assuming you've tried restarting both the by phone and the car?

Native app. It works good though.
Looping back to the question above, can you set presets and change stations via steering wheel controls? If not, that totally blows.

This is one of the reasons I ditched my Model Y and don’t want another - no native (station control) Sirius XM.

I do not know what you mean by restart. If you mean how i started the car, I tried all FOB, Key Card and Phone. In all cases sooner i put my feet on brake seat and mirror restores but not steering wheel

Thanks for everyone’s responses. So…

1. Sounds like my DreamDrive is waiting for a software update to fix calibration or it might eventually need to go into service.
2. I tried reinstalling Audible on my phone but behavior didn’t change. Might be because I’m on iOS 27 beta, but that doesn’t make any sense because it’s flawless in my BMW iX. I’ve tried the quick reset by holding the two buttons and brake for 20 seconds, but is there a deeper reset for the Gravity?
3. Sounds like a new bug waiting for a fix.
4. Sounds like a resounding no.

Thanks again!

Spotify and Tidal will let you download entire playlists to your phone for offline payback if you have a subscription. Don't know about Pandora.

Just the two buttons (x and microphone) and brake for 30 seconds until you get the release to reboot notification

While in park.
Try this first, any time that the car's infotainment is doing something unexpected.

You are on the beta? Yeah, you’re on your own. That’s how it works. I’ve got a beta on one of my devices, but not my phone. That’s highly likely your problem tho.

I was curious because I occasionally use Audible and am also using the iOS 27 beta on my iPhone (17 Pro Max) so I walked down to my car and tried it, I was able to play and hear a book whether I started it from the app on the screen in CarPlay or directly on the phone.
