Driving down the 17 to Phoenix yesterday. 17 came to a full stop. The Raptor behind me stopped. The land rover behind him stopped. The jeep behind them plowed into the land rover, which was pushed into the Raptor which was pushed into me. I have fairly light damage, but likely will need the rear bumper replaced. Any recommendations for a good shop with experience repairing Lucid’s?

If you message Lucid, they will give you a list of "certified" Lucid body shops. I think there is one in Scottsdale. I have not used a body shop in AZ. I took my AFT to a Lucid certified body shop in San Rafael when the right rear corner panel came lose. They did a fine job fixing it at a reasonable cost.

I think this is oneof the Lucid recommended body shops in Scottsdale AZ> Give them a call.

i had my front bumper and trim replaced by Raintree. They are really good! Trevor understands the vehicles well and has all the training and contacts at Lucid you could hope for.

I don't know if they are Lucid certified, but Gerber Collision & Glass (on Raintree in Scottsdale) did a great job for me on a similar repair several years ago.

Customer Service not responding to any texts today.
Yes, it takes 2-3 days for them to get back to you.

If you just go to Raintree, there are several body shops in that area. You can just go talk to them and make sure the shops have actually worked on a Lucid and can get the necessary info and parts to fix your bumper.

Do you need a new bumper or just repairs on the existing bumper? Ordering parts might be the time-limiting step.

Interesting. The estimator at Raintree was wearing a Lucid polo shirt that matched the one I was wearing.
