I see this type of damage probably more than anything else on the Lucids we repair in my facility. Common symptoms that can come up after bottoming out hard in a pothole or striking a curb/driveway is that the A/C stops working, and faults begin to display on the cluster regarding the turn signal and radar sensor functionality. You may also notice the wheel well liner missing clips/hardware, or rubbing against the tire.

After loosening the bumper cover, you can see the radar sensor in the upper left, turn signal LED on the right lower, and the radiator/condenser/fan combination mounted to the FEM (Front End Module).

To give you all an idea of what the FEM looks like off the vehicle, here is one that has been removed.

Upon closer examination, you can see the area in red has impact damage and the FEM is now cracked, which corresponds with the damage in my first photo. This component now must be replaced. On average, FEM replacements can cost upwards of $15,000 depending on the severity of the impact, how many parts are broken, and if the bumper cover itself needs to be replaced. Depending on vehicle options, multiple calibrations for LiDAR, Short/Long range radar, and surround view cameras may be needed.
